Viсtor Ivanovich Chulkov,
Leading Researcher of Research Institute (Kaluga, Russia).
He is the author and head of the project “EDS–Soft” since 2002.
He graduated from the department of radioelectronics of aircraft of Moscow Aviation Institute in 1983. Since the same year he has been working in Research Institute (Kaluga, Russia) as the leading researcher.
In 1992 he finished the post-graduate course in Central Radio-Technics Research Institute (Moscow).
Scientific interests: theoretical and applied electrodynamics, theory of antenna arrays and antenna-feeder devices, radiolocation.
